Private Builder License
This license is intended for private (non-commercial) builders only.
- Purchasing these plans entitles the Buyer to construct one (1) boat for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing by PlywoodBoatPlans.com, the Buyer is authorized to build only one vessel from the purchased design.
- All drawings, plans, and specifications are provided as instruments of service and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Designer.
- Upon completion of the vessel, all plans and specifications used during construction must be returned to the Designer or permanently destroyed.
- All digital files, including CNC nesting files, DXF, DWG, and AutoCAD drawings, must be permanently deleted after completion of the boat.
- Any copying, distribution, sharing, resale, or reuse of these materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of international copyright law.
Professional Builders – Individual Licensing Required
This license does not apply to professional or commercial boat builders. If you are building boats for resale, for clients, or as part of a business, an individual commercial license is required.
